Fresh Packer Refund and Return Policy
At Fresh Packer, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality plants and gardening products. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is as seamless as possible. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your options and our procedures.
No Refund Policy
Fresh Packer operates on a no-refund policy. This means that once an order is placed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Shipping delays
Minor plant damage during transit
We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
Free Exchange for Dead Plants
We stand behind the quality of our plants. If you receive a plant that is dead or severely damaged upon arrival, we offer a free exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Free Exchange:
The plant must be reported as dead or severely damaged within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide clear photos of the plant(s) in question, including the packaging, to support your claim.
The plant must not have been subjected to improper care, neglect, or environmental conditions (e.g., overwatering, underwatering, extreme temperatures) after delivery.
How to Request an Exchange:
Contact our customer support team at support@freshpacker.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the plant(s) and packaging.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Process:
Once your request is approved, we will ship a replacement plant of the same variety at no additional cost.
If the same plant is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal value.
Shipping costs for the replacement plant will be covered by Fresh Packer.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Gardening tools, accessories, and non-plant products (e.g., pots, soil, fertilizers).
Plants that have been damaged due to improper care or environmental factors after delivery.
Plants that are reported as damaged or dead after the 7-day window.
Shipping Damages
While we take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, shipping carriers are beyond our control. If your package arrives with visible damage:

Refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at support@freshpacker.com.

Provide photos of the damaged package and its contents.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a free exchange for eligible items.
Cancellations and Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed and shipped.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.
